The response was very quick, but my vision when it became more specific proved a challenge. They were keen to assist and helpful to a certain extent. I am all about the finer detail so I needed perfection on the image, which was not truthfully the outcome. Fortunately I am satisfied enough to accept the final outcome

The revisions he was asking means to draw it from scratch , he was ready with second version but asked to revise a minor thing and it was possible in one situation "to draw from scratch"
